Rights Into Action MandateRights into Action 2003 is the first international congress of young disabled people. It is being organised by a coalition of organisations working to secure the rights of young disabled people. AimsTo bring up to 100 young disabled people together as delegates from across the World. For these delegates to explore issues and concerns affecting their lives and to have fun doing so. For them to present their issues and their proposed solutions to a panel of decision makers from the countries and regions represented at the congress with a view to commitments being made to implement changes To form an international network of young disabled people to further work on issues raised during the congress and to continue to work to secure the rights of young disabled people We are working to make this site fully multi-lingual and aim to make it accessible to Welsh, French and Spanish speakers. In the meantime, if you are having difficulty understanding any part of it and would like us to provide a translation please contact us at bobmattingly@rightsintoaction.org.uk |
